The Uni-ball One Faded Colours gel pens feature a series of relaxing coloured barrels and dark, smooth Uni-ball One black ink, offering a pleasant daily writing experience. The beautiful matte-finish barrel is coloured in traditional Japanese colours with faded hues. The metal part of the pen tip is not only stylish in appearance, but also it uses the "stabilizer mechanism" that produces a stable writing balance with a low centre of gravity. It also features a metal oval-shaped clip that can be easily clipped on your notebook or pocket.
The Uni-ball one gel pen applies the newly developed "Uni-ball One" ink. The pigment in "Uni-ball One" ink minimizes the penetration of the ink into paper fibre. As a result, it develops original colours on paper, showing a darker black than an ordinary black ink pen, and showing more vivid colours than other coloured ink pens.
According to research by Ritsumeikan University in Japan, it shows that the darker and sharper the letters in black, the easier it is to remember. So the Uni-ball one gel pen in black ink might become your best tool when studying.

I have tried both the regular uni-ball one and the uni-ball one F. The big difference for me is that metal tip really creates a nice weight towards the front of the pen and reates a great balance. It's a really nice pen to use the ink flows nicely. I love these barrel colours and they're different enough to most other pens out there. The clip is nice and simple but effective . The click is satisfying the best thing about the uni one though has to be the jet black ink, it's definitely the darkest gel ink I've used. It's got plenty of water resisitance but it's not completely water proof. highly reccomend it.
