Within Australia 

Processing Time

Our Processing Time is 1 business day (Weekends and Australia public holidays are not business days). Your order will be dispatched immediately after the processing time.

Standard Post ( Free for Orders over $15 )

Standard Shipping is only $1.95 on orders under $15. Free Shipping is provided on orders over $15. This service's estimated delivery times are 2 – 6 business days after dispatch (weekends and public holidays are not business days). For remote suburbs and regional areas add one or two days, depending on distance from the CBD. In some cases, we may use a padded mail to deliver directly into your mailbox . Please make sure there is enough room in your mailbox. Please note that not all orders are eligible for a tracking service.

For any orders placed with the standard postage, the replacement in regards to mistakes, missing during delivery cases will be sent via standard postage without a tracking number. 

Express Post*

We use Australia Post Express Service which is super fast and can be easily tracked. The estimated delivery time is 1 business day after dispatch (please note weekends and public holidays are not business days). Its Next Business Day Delivery Guarantee covers more than 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes and is operated between all capital cities. Please note, if your address outside the Express Post network, it won't be covered by Australia Post Next Day Guarantee. 

For any orders* placed with the express postage, the replacement in regards to mistakes, missing during delivery cases will be sent via express postage.

Tracking Order

If a tracking number is eligible to your order, it will be provided in a notification email of shipment and you can simply track your order by clicking it.

Signature on Delivery

In some cases, our parcel delivery requires a signature on delivery. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left to visit your local Post Office. Carriers will not leave packages unsigned for.

Shipping to New Zealand

Our Processing Time is 1 - 3 business days for New Zealand customers. 

Standard Post 

Flat shipping rate is $12 for orders below $95. Free shipping for orders over $95. This service's estimated delivery times are 5 - 7 business days after dispatch (weekends and public holidays are not business days). The service provides online tracking and insurance.

Express Post 

Express Service to New Zealand is super fast and can be easily tracked. Estimated delivery times is 2 - 4 business days after dispatch (please note weekends and public holidays are not business days). A $30 flat rate will applied on every orders with Express Post. The service provides online tracking and insurance.

International Shipping (without New Zealand)

We ship to international destinations including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and most countries in Europe. The international orders processing time is 1 - 3 business days (Weekends and Australia public holidays are not business days). Please note that you may be liable for the destination country's taxes. As the importer, you are responsible for all customs duties imposed by your respective government. Bunbougu will not be responsible for any duties or charges incurred at the destination country. Please consult with your local customs office for further information.
