after playing with these markers
after playing with these markers for a week or so nlw.. I feel that they give you the look of watercolor with the ease of a marker with a bit more permanence because it’s a dye based ink that is not very water reactive once it’s applied. Brush tip is flexible and I enjoy the feel of it over all. Gotta be one of the best brush markers I’ve used so far. One point though you need to remember is that this is a water-based dye marker. The color is vibrant, but is kinda transparent. You can blend with water but from testing you need to do this BEFORE you put ink on paper as you will always see where you stroked no matter how much you try to wash/spread/scrub it out. I think this is because once the dye from the marker sinks into the surface of the paper, it becomes pretty permanent. Although saying that I've had some luck using a blending brush with these markers. I'm enjoying these markers in my mixed media and bullet journal.
It was really nice to
It was really nice to write with! I enjoyed the styles it was able to produce, the texture and the colour as well. The brush does tend to “jump” and not greatly create a full curve, but overall it was amazing!
